LEADERSHIP TRAINING
The Leadership Team is a three-year, by-invitation, extension program for juniors & teens who want to maximize their Taekwondo training and develop leadership skills that will serve them in all aspects of their lives. These students accept a higher level of responsibility as ambassadors of our school.
Students in the Leadership program also have the option to compete for titles of State, District, & World Champion under the National Martial Arts Alliance.
Once students in the Leadership program have earned their black belts, they have the ability to become Junior Instructors upon mastery of the required curriculum.

LEADERSHIP LIFE SKILLS CURRICULUM

ADVANCED TRAINING OPPORTUNITIES
Because Leadership students receive specialized training, they're equipped to reach their goals more quickly. Leadership students cultivate advanced public speaking skills along with strong life skill development in the areas of discipline, respect, focus, and confidence.
ADVANCED COMPETITION OPPORTUNITIES
Although regional and national tournaments provide an excellent opportunity for leaders in all divisions to compete for best in Traditional and X-treme Forms, Weapons, and Sparring, only Leadership students are eligible to gain points toward a State Championship title. Those who attain the prestigious distinction of State Champion are then eligible to wear the designation on their uniforms.
EXPERT WEAPONS TRAINING
As a Leadership student, you are eligible to receive advanced weapons training to further your martial arts knowledge and expertise. Some of the weapons Leadership students get training on are Jahng Bong (bo staff), Ssahng Nat (kama), Samdan Bong (three section staff), and Gumdo (Korean sword art).
COMMUNITY SERVICE
The Leadership program is designed to meet the needs of our world. Therefore, Leadership students are encouraged to get involved in their community and give back. While service projects vary in scope, there's always a way for students to find an activity in their school, neighborhood or city that matters to them and makes a difference in the lives of others.

No, our classes are a good mix of men and women of all fitness levels. Beginners train alongside some of the more experienced members, who helping them out in an enjoyable team environment.
